Q: How can I schedule my cleaning? A: Simply, complete the quick and complimentary quote form with the necessary information.
Q: Do I need to be there at the time of service? A: No, you don't have to! However, when you're registering for Pristine House Cleaning services for the first time, initial introductions can contribute to establishing a more personal connection with your home specialist.
Q: Cancellations and refunds? If you cancel the service before 24 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file. If you cancel within 24 hours, it is a non refundable full charge.
Q: Is there a rescheduling fee? A: We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 24 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.
Q: Can I leave a key for the cleaner? A: Certainly! After the first appointment, it's actually preferred. This approach ensures we don't cause any inconvenience in case of traffic delays or other unforeseen challenges.
Q: Is tipping normal? If so how much? Yes, it is. Yet, there's no recommended percentage; you can contribute whatever feels comfortable for you. Your Home Specialist appreciates any amount you choose to give.
Q: What if something breaks? While infrequent, accidents can happen. If such a situation arises, please promptly reach out to our office. We will assist you in coordinating with our insurance to facilitate the replacement of the value of the item.
Q: What if I'm not 100% satisfied with my cleaning after the team leaves? Should you find the service unsatisfactory for any reason, please reach out to us promptly for further assistance. To reschedule a cleaning appointment, kindly make arrangements within 2 business days of the initially scheduled date.
Q: Are your prices negotiable? No, our pricing is determined based on the details you find on our booking page. We offer competitive rates in the industry, striving to provide some of the most affordable options available.
Q: Do you clean the exterior of the home? We do not clean the exterior of the home. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.
